3,921 sf Design Build Tenant Improvement of a shell suite for a Software Company that provides Image & Microarray Data Analysis at a new commercial campus in El Segundo. The office design was an open ceiling design with serpentine walls on a stained concrete floor. The mechanical design of the HVAC system accented the decorative hanging pendants with cloud ceilings. The artwork, paint schemes and the custom purchased furniture provided a fully gorgeous and coveted project for the client.
