PROJECT DESCRIPTION
7,715 sf Design Build Tenant Improvement for Mission Heritage Medical Group in the desired hills of the San Clemente area called Talega. This project took 4 separate retail suites and converted the space to an upgraded family medicine medical office complete with X-Ray. Overall, the project consisted of a warm and beautiful waiting room, multiple Medical Assistant stations, 17 Exam rooms, 1 Procedure room, 1 EKG/Treadmill room, Doctors Offices, X-Ray room with adjacent dressing rooms and a Staff Breakroom.
