SJ Heritage Corporate Consolidation Building, Anaheim

167,800 sf Design Build Tenant Improvement of an entire 8 story building for St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare in Downtown Anaheim. This project took an abandoned AT&T building and converted it to a grand corporate facility for the growing Heritage Healthcare group to consolidate their multiple locations to a single Headquarters location. This project was a highly concerted effort with the client and their growing needs and our design team with a very aggressive schedule to provide a new home for a very ministry orientated healthcare group. Overall, the project consisted of multiple conference rooms, group rooms, training rooms, quiet rooms, multi-purpose rooms, breakrooms, offices and open space plans with modular office furniture to accommodate 800 employees.
